Questions about pricing.

How is PharmEasy billed?
Subscriptions are billed monthly in US Dollars. The plan price covers the software, hosting, security, backups, and free product updates. A one-time installation fee of USD 1,000 covers on-site setup, data migration from your existing system, MoPH MediTrack credential configuration, receipt printer pairing, and a half-day of staff training. Both fees are charged per pharmacy, not per branch or per user.
How do I pay?
PharmEasy accepts payment via local bank transfer in Lebanon, Whish Money, and cash for the installation fee. Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance and can be set up on a standing transfer or settled monthly. Invoices include the VAT line item and reference numbers so your accountant can post them directly into the Lebanese Plan Comptable.
Is there a free trial?
Rather than a self-serve free trial, every prospective pharmacy gets a live demo with the founders, walking through your specific operational workflow on a sandbox copy of PharmEasy. Pharmacies that decide to proceed are typically live within three to five business days. The installation fee is refundable in full if you cancel before go-live.
What happens if I add a branch or hire more staff?
Adding a branch moves you to the Pro plan if you are on Starter. The Pro plan is multi-branch by default and includes three user seats. If you need more than three users, you move to Enterprise. There are no per-seat add-on fees on Starter or Pro — the plan price is fixed for the seats included.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can cancel any monthly subscription with 30 days' written notice before the next renewal. On cancellation, your pharmacy can export every drug, customer, sale, and accounting entry as CSV or PDF for 60 days. After that the data is deleted, subject to retention obligations under Lebanese tax and pharmacy regulations.
Are prices inclusive of Lebanese VAT?
Published prices are exclusive of Lebanese VAT. VAT is added on each invoice at the prevailing statutory rate. Because PharmEasy is a Lebanese operation invoicing Lebanese pharmacies in USD, the VAT treatment is straightforward and matches the standard Lebanese SaaS invoicing pattern your accountant will recognise.
