Multi-branch

Many branches, one source of truth.

Each PharmEasy branch keeps its own inventory, cash shifts, and reporting, but shares one Chart of Accounts, one customer database, and one MoPH MediTrack account with the rest of the pharmacy group. Owners switch between branches in one click and pull consolidated reports across every branch instantly.

PharmEasy dashboard showing today's sales, exchange rate, expiring stock, and MediTrack compliance KPIs across multiple branches.

Branch-isolated inventory and cash

Each branch has its own stock, batches, cash shifts, and till logs. A sale at one branch deducts only from that branch's inventory. A cash variance at one branch posts only to that branch's variance account. Branch staff see only their own branch's operational data by default; owners and senior managers can switch context with one click.

  • Per-branch inventory with separate batch tracking
  • Per-branch cash shifts with isolated Z-reports
  • Branch-scoped user permissions (cashier sees only their branch)

Shared customer database and prescriptions

A patient who buys at one branch on Monday and another branch on Friday is the same patient in PharmEasy. Their allergy list, prescription history, recurring medications, and ledger balance follow them between branches. Loyalty, credit, and clinical safety stay consistent across the whole group.

  • Single customer database shared across branches
  • Prescription history and CDSS rules apply at every branch
  • Customer credit and loyalty balance follow the patient

One Chart of Accounts, consolidated reporting

Both branches post to the same Lebanese Plan Comptable chart of accounts. The trial balance can be pulled at the branch level or consolidated across all branches in one click. NSSF claims, MediTrack submissions, and tax filings roll up cleanly because the underlying ledger is unified from day one.

  • Unified Plan Comptable chart across all branches
  • Consolidated trial balance, P&L, and tax reports
  • Per-branch and rolled-up views switchable in one click

One MoPH MediTrack account

MoPH issues one MediTrack credential per pharmacy ownership. PharmEasy stores it once and routes submissions from every branch through it, tagging each submission with the dispensing branch for internal reporting. Owners do not juggle separate MediTrack accounts per branch.

Frequently asked

Common questions about multi-branch.

Which plan includes multi-branch?
Multi-branch is included from the Pro plan upward ($199 / month). Enterprise customers with more than three branches get volume pricing and dedicated onboarding for each branch. The Starter plan is single-branch.
Can I transfer stock between branches?
Yes. The procurement module supports internal stock transfers — one branch ships stock to another, batch numbers and expiry dates preserved, the receiving branch confirms receipt, and inventory updates atomically on both sides. The audit log records the user, time, and reason.
How long does it take to add a second branch?
Roughly one to two additional days on top of the first branch's installation. The Chart of Accounts and customer database are already in place; we only need to install hardware, configure the new branch's stock and shifts, and train its staff. The migration team coordinates so the first branch keeps running while the second is being set up.
